facilitation skills in Consultative Selling skills, Presentation
skills, Public Address, Negotiating and Moderation and Facilitation
skills, Training the Trainer and Global Cross Cultural Diversity
Training are employed as the key to how Louws ensures implementation
of advice and the creation of action out of concept.
As part of its implementation
phase, Louws also conducts group training workshops on subjects

is it and how do you create it?”, “Strategic
