Phase II Creating Action our of Concept

We are now at the phase where many executives, after spending millions on advice, have asked those fateful words “Now What?” and received the bill. Whereas counsel, advice and ideas are the purpose of a consulting practice, converting these into profitable actions is the key measure of the counsel, and the real method of improving performance.

Louws is not simply in the business of handing out advice. We are in the business of bringing “concept to action.” It is at the “installation” stage that we begin implementing the counsel.

 

Managing the “Positioning Portfolio”

After defining the internal and external communication touch points, we then begin the “indoctrination” stage with all critical audiences to ensure introduction, reinforcement and clarity of the brands' “Positioning Portfolio.”

Coaching and Training

Louws will coach and train key stakeholders, influencers, marketing team members, marketing vendors sales force; distributors, etc in the new “Positioning Portfolio.” Louws teaching, training, coaching and facilitation skills in Consultative Selling skills, Presentation skills, Public Address, Negotiating and Moderation and Facilitation skills, Training the Trainer and Global Cross Cultural Diversity Training are employed as the key to how Louws ensures implementation of advice and the creation of action out of concept.

As part of its implementation phase, Louws also conducts group training workshops on subjects such as“How to build a Brand”, “How the best global brands become global brands”, “Brand Architecture - what is it and how do you create it?”, “Strategic Thinking - Taken to a new level of superlative”, “How to evaluate your agency's creative ideas”, “How to write, populate and evaluate effective creative, brand, marketing, media and advertising briefs.”
